Items are non-refundable due to the personal nature of the items sold.
Gold plating is always temporary. Our warranty does not cover plating. Rings that hold resin stones can not be replated. Please consider this carefully prior to choosing your piece.
Refunds and exchanges cannot be offered if you have chosen the wrong ring size. Please double check your ring side before placing your order. I do recommend double checking with a jeweller for an accurate measurement as rings that hold resin stones can not be resized due to the heat involved in the process.
Refunds
Items are non-refundable due the personalise nature of the items created.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@4evaalways.com.au to arrange a return.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty
What our Warranty Covers:
- Manufacturing Defects - This refers to the structure of the jewellery, defects show up quickly during wear and are easily recognisable by your jeweller.
- Product Damaged During Delivery - The customer must contact 4eva Always within 2 business days of delivery confirmation. 4eva Always will repair or replace the damaged product at our discretion.
What our Warranty does not cover:
- General wear & tear or aging.
- Accidental damage or Misuse.
- Metal Finish and Colour variations.
- Change of mind.
- Misinterpretation of design menu and customisation selections.
- If care instructions were not followed at all time.
